One of our most exciting projects was a collaboration with the Town of Warren and the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts (RISCA) to issue a call for proposals to develop a small arts walkway in a public space located directly across the street from our gallery in Warren.

 

Four proposals were submitted, three semi-finalists were selected and a finalist was chosen after a well-attended presentation and exhibition at the gallery and Town Hall. Town officials are currently working with, BETA Group, the finalist to develop a budget and fundraising plan.

 

We are very excited about the positive impact this kind of development will have on Warren, its art community and public spaces. We look forward to working with the Town of Warren to bring this project to fruition.
