Each January, IFA puts out a call for an Open Community exhibit in which we invite artists from the community to submit up to three works of art for public sale and display for three to four weeks. This exhibit is popular and usually well attended. We'll announce details on next year's submission process in December.

Poetry readings and other literary events happen regularly at the gallery as we open our doors to regional writers and the interested public.

Poets Tina Cane, Diana Cole and members of the RI Writers Colony have all given readings at Imago.

During normal times, IFA sponsors regular artist talks and panel discussions in coordination with our exhibits and programs. These events are usually free and open to the public. Please watch for announcements on Facebook and Instagram as well as our website as operations get back to normal.
