As guest artist I agree to deliver and pick up artwork on the agreed upon dates.

My artwork is for sale and I agree that IFA will retain a 40% commission of any sales of artwork during my guest exhibition.

I agree that my work will be ready for installation and if there are special materials or hardware required I will provide it.

I agree to having my artwork mentioned in public relations for the exhibit.

I grant IFA permission to photograph my artwork for advertising and public relations purposes.

I understand that by submitting this form I agree to the terms above.
