IMAGO began as a gallery founded and run by artists, for artists in 2003 and became certified as a non-profit cultural organization in 2007. From the very beginning, our goal has been to encourage IFA artists to explore their creativity and develop as artists by providing a supportive community and exhibition space. We also focus on art programming for the public and collaboration

with other local and regional organizations to inspire creativity and promote

art-making that enriches our communities.
